Founded in 2003, the Housing Trust Fund has provided funding for over 70 developments that have helped more than 1,800 families and individuals find housing. The Housing Trust Fund assists private developers, nonprofit corporations, and government agencies to finance the development, rehabilitation, preservation, or acquisition of affordable housing through funding with favorable and reduced rates from partner organizations.
