Kasem Cornelius joined the HTF in 2024 as the Operations Manager. With a robust background in operations consulting, Kasem brings a wealth of experience in overseeing and supporting day-to-day administrative and operational duties to ensure our organization runs smoothly and efficiently.

Kasem holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from CalPoly San Luis Obispo. Before stepping into this role, Kasem worked as an operations consultant for several years, where he specialized in assessing operations, optimizing processes, and implementing improvements. His track record includes consulting for public and private operations across the US and Canada. He has successfully helped organizations he’s been involved with to achieve their goals related to operational efficiency, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Outside of work, Kasem enjoys traveling with his wife, hiking, and playing music. He looks forward to bringing his expertise and enthusiasm to support the HTF's mission and make a positive impact in the community.
